Welcome to Berlin Lake Golf Club...

a private club dedicated to providing an affordable, accessible golfing experience. Conveniently located near Berlin Reservoir in North Benton, Ohio, Berlin Lake Golf Club is the best kept secret in Northeast Ohio. We offer a nine hole, par 35 course on approximately 80 acres.  The Club maintains membership in the United States Golf Association, the Ohio Golf Association and the National Golf Course Owners Association.

Berlin Lake Golf Club is situated in the southeast corner of Portage County and is easily accessible from Akron, Alliance, Canfield, Salem, Sebring, and Youngstown. Berlin Lake Golf Club is located on Hartzell Road between Leffingwell Road and Western Reserve Road. (note: in Mahoning County, Hartzell Road is known as Helsel Road and is so marked).  The Club is just south of Dutch Harbor Marina and near Ben's Restaurant and the Mill Creek Camp grounds on Berlin Reservoir. Berlin Lake Golf Club is a corporation governed by a board of directors elected yearly from the membership.  Events are planned and implemented by the Social and Golf committees as well as by individual member volunteers.

The original nine holes were opened for play in 1932, with new greens added in 1960.  Berlin Lake Golf Club is now one of the most challenging nine-hole courses in the area.  The greens are extremely well maintained and exceptionally challenging and unique.  Practice areas for putting and chipping are also available.

A new heated swimming pool was built in 2005 and is open daily during the summer. Check with the clubhouse for operating times. A club house is available with locker rooms, showers, and a paneled banquet room. There is a lunch counter open for hot food and cold refreshments from the months of April to October.
